Lent 2017 Focus on the Body: Yoga and Meditation

We start where Jesus did, in the desert wilderness for forty days and forty nights, with an emphasis on the practice of fasting and the integration of mind, body and spirit.

Every Tuesday during Lent, we will gather to prepare the soup for the breaking of the fast on Wednesday, followed by yoga and meditation in the Parish Hall. From 6:00pm—7:30pm. No sign-up is required.
