Lent 2017 Focus on the Body: Yoga, March 16

We start where Jesus did, in the desert wilderness for forty days and forty nights, with an emphasis on the practice of fasting and the integration of mind, body and spirit.

Every Thursday during Lent, there will be yoga in the Parish Hall from 5:00pm—6:15pm. No sign-up is required.
