In order to better manage the number of project requests we receive each month, all projects must be reviewed and work assigned by priority.  Please fill out the project request form below and a member of staff will follow with you on how best to resources your request.  Not all projects may be approved.  In general, project requests should be submitted no later than two weeks before the expected delivery date.  Given the many demands placed upon the staff, it is advised project requests be submitted sooner to insure we have appropriate time to address your needs.

Examples of Project Types:  Changes to the website (that are not related to events and announcements), mailings, notices, special invitations, flyers, and/or any other work that requires staff time to be assigned by the Dean.
