Ministry leader and vestry data merged together for analysis and conclusions. Living out Our Mission in Christ title chosen for its relevance to emerging themes.


Fall 2015

Launch of Phase I
Parish-wide retreat held on themes that emerged from interviews and questionnaires (spiritual growth, communal life, our neighbor)
Results communicated to Parish and Friends via website, e-letter and Trinité

Winter 2016                     

All Cathedral ministries examined their core purpose and wrote a mission/vision statement for their work. These will be part of a special A-Z edition in an upcoming issue of Trinité.
Based on these statements, the Vestry held a half-day retreat to assess priorities and conduct a Start/Stop/Continue Analysis of current ministry activities
Vestry regrouped all ministries into five functional tiers in order to expand the strategic goal setting process.


Spring 2016                        

Communicate Phase I results to Parish in a report at the 2016 AGM Meeting. Read report HERE.                 
Launch Phase II - The vestry has appointed a special strategic planning task force that will be looking into the financial sustainability of the Cathedral’s budget, endowment and assets. Operating separately, but informed by Cathedral committees, we expect to complete Phase II by the end of 2016.
