Sermon for the Feast of the Epiphany

Jan 6: The Gospel of Matthew takes us on the journey with the magi as they follow the star to find the Christ child and pour out their gifts.  Epiphany celebrates inclusion for all people, and epiphanies bring new revelation to our existing ways of thinking or behaving. Dean Laird challenges us to remember that God is always bigger, more inclusive and more creative that we can imagine. How does this impact us on our own journey when seeking and encountering God? What gifts will we / do we offer? How can we look out and be prepared for epiphanies in our own time?
