The Trinity Society | Create a Loving Legacy
You, too, can join the Trinity Society! It’s never been easier to leave your legacy at the American Cathedral in Paris as a gift that will continue to grow and bless others long after your earthly pilgrimage is finished! By joining the Trinity Society, through your estate plans (of any size), you will ensure that our church’s ministries continue to change lives in Paris and around the world for the next 100 years and more.
The Trinity Society, created in 2007, offers something new this year: Experts who can guide both France- and U.S.-based donors on tax and estate legal matters.
In France, notaire Angélique Devaux of the firm Cheuvreux can answer questions and help you shape your estate plan. Maître Devaux also will give a seminar on French planned giving at an evening session in the fall.
For U.S. donors, retired tax lawyer Rick Romeo, a Cathedral parishioner and Trinity Society member, has generously offered to help find solutions and can refer you to the right people at the Episcopal Church Foundation, which has a staff set up to help donors structure their bequests.
We will welcome new members and recognize all Society members at the 11:00 a.m. service on Sunday, May 26th, and it’s not too late to join before that date! You don’t have to have made all your arrangements to join, and there is no minimum amount.
