What is prayer? Like exercising or eating healthily, prayer is something many of us know is good for us and feel we should be doing more but we may have varying feelings about it. Come to the 10:00 a.m. Cathedral Forum this Sunday, November 24th, in the Parish Hall to learn more about prayer and some of our particular expressions of prayer as Episcopalians.
