Eliza Brinkley will use her experience at a residential, Episcopal seminary for the past 2.5 years to explore the training future clergy in the Episcopal Church are receiving in seminaries today. We will discuss the multidimensional formation approach that Episcopal seminaries and divinity schools are using today to develop future ordained persons' understanding of theology, liturgy, church history, pastoral care, practical theology, and more. Time for questions will be reserved at the end of the presentation
