On Saturday, May 9, children ages 6–12 and their families are invited to discover what it’s like to be a Cathedral chorister.

Chorister for a Day at The American Cathedral offers a hands-on glimpse into this unique and joyful musical life. No previous musical training is required. The day will include:

  • A choir rehearsal with the choristers and George Nicholls, Acting Director of Music

  • A behind-the-scenes tour of the Cathedral

  • An opportunity to sing Evensong  alongside the renowned Cathedral Choir

  • A certificate and goodie bag to take home
